1. Information We Collect

Grocerplan collects the following information when you create an account: your name, email address, dietary preferences, allergies, household size, and postal code. We also collect usage data about how you interact with the app (meal plans created, recipes viewed, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: generate personalized meal plans, create grocery shopping lists, connect you with grocery retailers for checkout, and improve the Grocerplan experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Kroger Integration

When you use "Add to Kroger Cart," Grocerplan adds your shopping list items to your Kroger cart via the Kroger API. Kroger handles all pricing, payment processing, and fulfillment. Grocerplan stores your Kroger OAuth tokens securely and never accesses your payment information.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Authentication sessions are stored on-device using encrypted secure storage. We do not store payment information.

5. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@grocerplan.com. You can also export your recipes and meal plan history.
