1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Grocerplan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Grocerplan is a meal planning application that helps you plan weekly meals, generate grocery lists, and connect with Kroger for grocery checkout. Grocerplan does not sell groceries, process payments, or deliver food.

3. Kroger Integration

Grocerplan adds shopping list items to your Kroger cart via the Kroger API. All pricing, payment, and fulfillment are handled by Kroger. Grocerplan is not responsible for Kroger's pricing, product availability, or store operations.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you upload. By publishing a recipe on Grocerplan, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and allow other users to view, save, and remix your recipe (with attribution).

5. Community Guidelines

Do not upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content. Recipes must be original or properly attributed. Grocerplan reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grocerplan provides meal planning suggestions. We are not responsible for dietary outcomes, nutritional accuracy of user-submitted recipes, or food safety. Nutritional information is estimated and should not replace professional medical advice.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Grocerplan may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
